What we do

Driveway cleaning, patio cleaning and pressure washing in South Yorkshire

Six services, one van. Drives and patios first.

Service 01

Driveway cleaning

Most of the drives we clean are block paving that has gone dark, with weeds in every joint. We take the weeds out, wash the blocks back to their colour and clean right up to the edges and the garage door. Concrete and imprinted concrete drives clean up the same way.

  • Block paving, concrete and imprinted concrete
  • Weeds cleared from the joints
  • Re-sanding available on block paving

Service 02

Patio cleaning

Stone and flags go green in the shade and black where the water sits. That's what makes a patio slippery. We wash it back to the stone, joints and steps included, so it's safe underfoot and worth sitting out on again.

  • Indian stone, porcelain and concrete flags
  • Green film and black spot
  • Paths and steps done at the same visit

Service 03

Re-sanding and re-sealing

Block paving stays put because of the sand packed between the blocks. Cleaning takes the old sand out, so we can brush fresh sand back into every joint. A sealer over the top helps the colour last and slows the weeds. Both are optional and priced separately.

  • Fresh jointing sand
  • Sealer if you want it
  • Priced separately, never assumed

Outside walls

Brick and stone walls pick up the same green and grime as the ground, usually from the bottom up. We clean them at the same visit or as a job on their own.

  • Brick and stone
  • House walls, garden walls and boundary walls

Gutters

A blocked gutter sends rain down the wall, and that is where a lot of the green starts. We clear them out so the water goes where it should.

Graffiti removal

We remove graffiti from walls and hard surfaces for homes and businesses. Send a photo and we'll tell you what's possible on that surface.

What changes the price

We don't publish a price list, because no two drives are the same. These four things decide it.

Before you ask for a quote

Five things people want to know first.

Will pressure washing damage my block paving?

Done carelessly, it can. Washing lifts the old sand out of the joints along with the dirt, and blocks with empty joints can start to move. That's why we offer re-sanding as part of the job and don't treat it as an extra you have to ask about.

Will the weeds come back?

In time, yes. Nothing stops them for ever. Fresh sand in the joints and a sealer over the top slow them down a lot, and a clean surface is far easier to keep on top of.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size, what the surface is made of, how far gone it is and whether you want sand and sealer. Quotes are free. A photo and a rough size is usually enough to get started.

What surfaces do you clean?

Block paving, Indian stone, porcelain, concrete flags, imprinted concrete and decking, plus outside walls, gutters and graffiti.

Do I need sand and sealer, or just a clean?

A clean on its own makes the biggest difference to how it looks. On block paving we'd nearly always suggest new sand as well, because the old sand comes out in the wash. Sealer is a choice, not a must.
